FRED L. McCLOUD (Bowling Green)

Fred is the Chairman and CFO of our company. The company was founded in March 1974 for the purpose of providing prompt, professional service to the insurance industry at reasonable prices. Fred has been in the claims industry since 1961. He attended Bowling Green Business University, various insurance schools and numerous industry-related seminars and workshops over the years. Fred is a member of the Southern Kentucky Claims Association and the Kentucky Claims Association. Fred holds a Kentucky adjuster's license.

SUSAN D. McCLOUD (Bowling Green)

Susan is the President of our company and has been in the claims industry since 1980. She attended Western Kentucky University and has completed the Property & Casualty Pre-Licensing School. Susan has attended numerous industry-related seminars over the years and has also completed several INS courses sponsored by the Insurance Institute of America. She is a member of the Southern Kentucky Claims Association and the Kentucky Claims Association. Susan holds a Kentucky adjuster's license.

RUSSELL McCLOUD (Bowling Green)

Russell is the Vice President of our company and has been in the claims industry since 1981. Russell is an appraiser specializing in automobiles, motorcycles and heavy trucks. He attended Auto Mechanics at Bowling Green Vocational School and the Auto Damage Appraisal and Estimatics courses at Vale Technical Institute in Blairsville, Pennsylvania. Russell has attended various I-CAR courses on auto body repair techniques and numerous industry-related seminars over the years. He is a member of the Southern Kentucky Claims Association and the Kentucky Claims Association.

JEWELL (J. L.) COOPER (Bowling Green)

J. L. is the Physical Damage Manager in charge of our Automobile, Truck and Heavy Equipment Department and has been in the claims industry since 1964. He specializes in heavy equipment, truck, aircraft and boat appraisals. J. L. has worked with heavy equipment, hands-on and managed shop, since 1964. His heavy equipment experience includes, but is not limited to, numerous makes and models of trucks and trailers, farm equipment, back hoes, dozers, loaders, cranes, drill rigs, log skidders, drag lines, coal shuttle cars, conveyors, underground mine equipment, ukes, and locomotives. J. L. is a member of the Southern Kentucky Claims Association and the Kentucky Claims Association. He holds a Kentucky adjuster's license.

JOHN A. HAMILTON (Bowling Green)

John is a multi-line adjuster and has been in the claims industry since 1990. He specializes in bodily injury, casualty, general liability, residential and commercial property, products liability and workers' compensation claims. John is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and has attended various insurance claim schools. He holds a Kentucky adjuster's license and has also attained the Associate in Claims designation from the Insurance Institute of America.

JOHN L. MILLER (Bowling Green)

John has been in the claims industry since 1963. He specializes in heavy bodily injury claims, casualty, general liability, subsidence, products liability and workers’ compensation. John is a graduate of Bowling Green Business University and has attended several Insurance Institute of America courses. He is a member of the Southern Kentucky Claims Association and the Kentucky Claims Association. John holds a Kentucky adjuster’s license.

TIM PULLIAM (Bowling Green)

Tim is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1977. He has several years of experience in frame and unibody repair and was a body shop manager for a major dealership for 10 years. Tim has attended several seminars in auto refinishing and structural repair. In 1994, he achieved his CCC certification in advanced estimating.

TERESA BYRD (Bowling Green)

Teresa is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1985. She severed as the body shop manager for a local dealership and as an independent appraiser covered Central Kentucky for over eight years. Teresa has hands-on experience in paint and body work. She has attended five PPG management classes and is a Certified Heavy Equipment Appraiser.
 

FRANK McELROY (Lexington)

Frank is our Vice President of Claims and has been in the claims industry since 1971. He specializes in workers' compensation, heavy bodily injury claims, casualty, general liability and major property losses. Frank has been Claims Supervisor and Division Claims Manager for several major insurance companies. He holds a Casualty Claim Law Associate designation and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BS degree in Business Administration and Management. Frank has attended various industry schools through the years, including State Farm Fire and Casualty Claims Schools, Vale Technical Institute, UK and UL Law Seminars, and has attended numerous other industry-related seminars. Frank is a member of the Bluegrass Claims Association and the Kentucky Claims Association. He holds a Kentucky adjuster's license.

BRADFORD J. CRAIG (Lexington)

Brad specializes in residential and commercial property losses and has been in the claims industry since 1996. He graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in corporate communication. Brad has attended various field-related seminars sponsored by the Kentucky Claims Association. Prior to joining McCloud Claims Service, Brad was employed by a restoration company in Lexington for several years as a project estimator. He is a member of the Bluegrass Claims Association and the Kentucky Claims Association. Brad holds a Kentucky adjuster's license.

SCOTT WILSON (Lexington)

Scott is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1992. He began his career as an auto body technician and was promoted to body shop manager. Scott has managed various repair facilities. He has attended the Masters estimating course and many industry-related seminars. Scott is ASE certified.

JIM ELLIOTT (Lexington)

Jim is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1961. He was the body shop manager at a large G.M. dealership and Ford dealership for fourteen years. Jim was also the parts manager for a large G.M. dealership for fourteen years and fixed operations manager for two large G.M. dealerships for seven years.

CHRIS ELLIOT (Lexington)

Chris is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1996. He has eight years of hands-on experience as an auto body tech, painter and fabricator of custom parts for many award-winning show vehicles. Chris attended Lexington Community College.

PATRICK STEVENS (Lexington)

Patrick is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1999. He is a graduate of Asbury College. Patrick has held customer relation positions at a major independent body shop in Lexington and has worked as an independent appraiser servicing the central and northern Kentucky area.

JASON MILLER (Lexington)

Jason is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1995. He has been assistant manager and manager of several major collision repair facilities. Starting with hands-on experience as a technician Jason moved his way up to leadership positions. He is I-Car Platinum certified as well as an ASE certified estimator.

RICKY FLYNN (Lexington)

Ricky is a heavy equipment and automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1985. He has fourteen years experience in auto body and paint repairs. Ricky took his first management position in 1993 and has managed independent as well as dealership body shops. In addition, he has five years experience in large truck repairs. Ricky is an ASE, I-CAR and GM certified estimator.

J. P. JONES (Lexington)

J.P. is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1994. He was named one of the top 100 mobile electronics technicians in the nation in 2006 by the CEA (Consumer Electronics Association). J.P. also has fabrication, frame and custom body work experience. He is an ASE certified estimator and is a Mobile Electronics Certified Professional.

TODD FELTNER (London)

Todd is the Branch Manager of our London Office and has been in the claims industry since 1989. He is a multi-line adjuster, specializing in major property, casualty and general liability claims. He has attended insurance-related and accident reconstruction courses at Eastern Kentucky University. Todd is currently active in the AIC Course Program. He holds a Kentucky adjuster's license.

ROBIN BROUGHTON (London)

Robin has been in the claims industry since 1997. She handles general liability and worker's compensation claims. Robin graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor's degree, and has completed the Property & Casualty Pre-Licensing School. She is a member of the Blue Grass Association of Insurance Women and the National Association of Insurance Women. Robin holds a Kentucky adjuster’s license.

JEFF TAYLOR (London)

Jeff is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automotive and claims industry since 1991. He was an assistant body shop manager for nine years. Jeff has achieved his CCC certification in advanced estimating. He is a member of the Bluegrass Claims Association and the Kentucky Claims Association.

GUY REED (London)

Guy is an automobile appraiser and has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1984. He is a graduate of the Nashville Auto Diesel College, is certified in PPG and Sherwin Williams refinishing and is I-Car certified. Guy was a body shop manager at a dealership and large independent body shop for ten years.
 
 

GREG ISAAC (Paintsville/Pikeville area)

Born McDowell, Kentucky, November 19, 1961; has been in the automobile and claims industry since 1979. Greg is an automobile appraiser. He has 17 years of experience in auto body repair. Greg completed two years of Auto Body Repair training at MAYO State Vocational School and received highest grade point certificates both years. He has also worked as a body shop manager for two dealerships and one independent shop. Greg is ASE and DuPont Refinishing certified.
